A Smart CPQ Platform
This enterprise platform was built to support Sales teams through the end-to-end CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) flow for complex, high-touch customer deals - spanning both pre-sales (opportunity management) and post-sales (agreement lifecycle management) activities.
The solution covers everything from creating customer proposals with supporting business cases for approval by sales decision-makers, through to deal execution, quote call-off, and ordering - powered by a flow-independent customer price book as the single source of contracted price items and pricing rules.

My Role & Responsibilities
I joined the project in Phase 2, at a point where the foundational design language and brand guidelines were already established. My work focused on execution within that system — redesigning existing screens based on evolving requirements and designing net-new screens for features being introduced in this phase.
Picked up the existing design system and brand guidelines quickly to ensure new work was consistent with what had already shipped
Redesigned specific screens where user feedback or new business requirements had exposed gaps in the original flows
Flagged and resolved inconsistencies between old and new screens to maintain a coherent experience across the platform
Designed new screens end-to-end for requirements introduced in Phase 2 — translating briefs from product and business stakeholders into UI that fit within the existing product experience
Collaborated closely with developers during handoff to ensure implementation matched design intent, particularly for new components with no prior reference
Presented design decisions to stakeholders — walking PMs and business leads through rationale, gathering feedback, and incorporating changes before moving to handoff
🔒 NDA Protected Project

The client, product name, and all visual designs are confidential. Happy to walk through everything in detail over a call.
